more than you thought possible
“Life is not a problem to be solved, but a reality to be experienced.”
— Soren Kierkegaard
Hellllloooooo Practitioners,
What's possible? Do you ask yourself that? Rather than projecting the past onto the future, do you lean into the great space of possibility?
Recently, while sitting in meditation, I found my mind returning again and again to problems. Chewing on them. Voraciously. There was a sense of those problems being like an endless brick wall.
Then I heard the still-small-voice whisper, "turn".
(Per usual, my ego argued, "what? why? what does that even mean?")
But I've learned to trust those inner nudges, and with my awareness, I turned. Instead of a brick wall, there was wide open space. Something deep inside sighed. Yesssss, space.
We're asking "what's possible" with body, breath, and being during Calibrate Your Inner Compass. This is a 2-class series co-taught with Health and Wellness Coach Cass Garvin. We start next Monday 7/31. (yes, recordings will be available)
Cass will teach the Wellness Continuum, a model for moving from neutrality to wellness, from symptom management to health generation. I'll teach 40-minute movement practices to hone your inner listening.
If you feel like you play whack-a-mole with symptoms/injuries/low-energy/overwhelm... If you find that you don't listen to your body, especially during times of stress/disappointment/difficulty.... If you want to develop a stronger sense of inner listening and inner knowing...this is for you.
With perspective and practice, you turn towards the still-small-voice of truth, opening up space and possibility.
